When you contract Tehkella Internet Services as your website developer, you can rest assured that you will receive friendly service.

For full website development, your contract will include the following:

Domain registration - you will also be assisted in choosing a domain name if you haven't already decided on one and I will check for availability of preferred names. Once you have decided on a domain name (e.g. www.tehkella.com), I will set up an account for you to use with your web hosting.

Web hosting - check the web hosting page for details. You can also organise your own hosting if you desire.

Layout and design - upon close liaison with you, a design and layout for your website will be implemented, with your input greatly welcomed for the duration of the contract period. You may request any design and layout changes within this time frame until you are happy with the final result!

Graphics to your specification - I will custom design web graphics to suit your theme and needs, and I offer enhancements to photographs you provide for your site, to ensure they look their very best on the screen.

Organisation of utilities including guestbooks, chat etc. - the majority of features like this come standard with my web hosting package.

Mailbox - I will setup your e-mail accounts for either web-based or application-based (i.e. using Outlook) usage. I will also setup any e-mail aliases you require, and provide a written tutorial on how to get these accounts working on your PC. There is also a tutorial available for using your webmail.

Training in the use of all utilities - step by step written tutorials will be provided for all relevant areas of your website including managing your various service accounts such as hosting, domain registration, guestbook facilities etc.

3 months after care - the friendly, helpful service keeps on going! I provide 3 months after care, which includes basic tweaking of your site, assistance with any difficulties in your account etc. Simply send me an e-mail if you have problems, and I'll do my very best to fix the problem!

Maintenance program - a maintenance arrangement is available to give you piece of mind and ensure your website is always functioning and being updated. This can be negotiated dependent upon your expected work requirements.

Easy payment options - I accept direct deposit into my bank account, and credit card payments through the online payment service, PayPal. Personal cheques are also welcome!
